In the next few months, the SAPCCE-11 station building will be constructed and will contain three additional buildings.

The first building will house the SAPce-19 and SAPCE stations, the other two will house additional build stations for the four new stations being built.

The third building is being built to replace the existing building which was constructed during the initial stages of the project.

“This will be the final phase of the development of the new SAPCE 11 station,” said Dhananjay Bhaskar, principal secretary at the Ministry of Urban Development and Rural Development.

The final phase will be completed by 2019 and the remaining three are scheduled to be built over the next four years.

The main focus of the SAPCAE-11 project is the expansion of the existing three-acre facility, which will include a 1,200 sqm ground floor office, a 1.3 acres of office space, an open-air sports hall and a public meeting hall.

The existing facility houses the National Sports Complex, which includes the National Football League’s Indian Super League (ISL) and Indian Basketball Association’s national team.

The new facility will be built on the existing grounds.

The facility is located near the junction of the highway from Rajkot to Kolkata and will be able to accommodate approximately 2,000 vehicles per day.

“SAPCE-12 will be a four-acre building with a total area of 726 acres,” said Mr Bhasker.

“The building will contain 1,250 cars and is also being constructed at a cost of Rs. 2,200 crore.”
